Lights Out! - Host Winery: South Shore Wine Company

Lake Erie Wine Country is in the Path of Totality for the April 8th solar eclipse. Join us for this once-in-a-lifetime experience as this rare phenomenon won't occur again in Erie County until 2144, 120 years from now.

Pick up your ticket at South Shore Wine Company, where you will receive instructions for your return on Monday to view the eclipse.

Your ticket provides you with 3-days (Friday-Saturday-Sunday) to enjoy all 21 of our LEWC wineries. Each one will be offering an eclipse themed food item and 4 wine tastings.

"On Monday, April 8th, you must return to South Shore Wine Company to receive your NASA authorized eclipse viewing glasses. Opens at 12:30 pm. Get ready for the celebration of a lifetime!"

South Shore Wine Company Eclipse Weekend & Day Events: 

Friday-Monday:

• Open regular hours:
• Friday: 12-5:30
• Saturday: 10-5:30
• Sunday: 12-4:30
• Monday (Eclipse) 12-5:30
• Mazza Eclipse Merch available (limited supply!)
• Eclipse themed drinks

Eclipse Day Only (Lights Out Host Winery):

• Open regular hours (12-5:30)
• Yard games (weather dependent)
• Merch giveaways (Must be present to win)
• LEWC Lights Out Ticketholders invited to arrive at 12:00 or 1:00 (time TBA)
• A specific area will be designated for ticketholder seating/viewing
• Bring a chair and dress for the weather! 
• Eclipse themed snacks available on Monday, 4/8 (cash only please)
• Music by Jonathan Nolan from 1-5 pm in the cavern or outdoors, weather dependent (with intermittent breaks)
• Please bring an outdoor chair and dress for the weather, no bar service/no sales during the eclipse time.
